Data Protection & Privacy
In order to protect the security of user data during transmission via the Internet, the publisher uses state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
The security of personal data is an important concern of the publisher. The publisher follows generally accepted procedures to protect transmitted user data, both during transmission and storage. Nevertheless, no online data transmission or storage method is 100% secure. For this reason, the publisher can never guarantee absolute security.
Due to the need for technical protection of data by the publisher, the publisher may store personal data on systems that are not directly accessible by the publisher (for example on servers of data centres, hosting partners or backup servers).
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may only be collected and processed in accordance with the rules and laws of data protection.
In certain cases, especially when the user fills in and submits a form on the website, it is possible that certain personal data may be stored on the server. The publisher processes the data provided by the user for the sole purpose of processing his request and for further communication resulting from a possible business relationship between the publisher and the user.
It is possible that the user’s transmitted data will also be stored on the server for backup purposes, logging and/or statistical analysis. In this case, the storage period is a maximum of 26 months, after which the data is automatically deleted.
This information is considered confidential and will be treated accordingly. It will therefore never be sold or passed on to third parties without the prior consent of the user.
The user has the right to access, modify or delete his data at any time by sending a written request to the following address: Christian Alt – firstname.lastname@example.org
